SHIPPING & DELIVERY

There’s NO additional customs fees or charges to pay for USA , Europe , Canada , Australia and most of the countries we ship to. Besides these countries ,we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

DELIVERY

The orders are delivered normally between 2 to 5 work days if the destination is Europe and between 3 to 10 work days for USA by USPS and same to Canada and Australia.

Rest of the World : Normally 5 Work Days, but some destinations can take up to 30 work days.

While the delivery deadlines are often met, we cannot guarantee timeliness, as the time limit is indicative.

The deliveries are made from Monday to Friday on office hours. The orders can be delivered in post boxes , private homes or offices,etc

To facilitate the delivery, the Customers are invited to use its work addresses or other addresses where someone is available to receive the package.

VERIFICATION IN THE RECEPTION:

The Customer must check the package’s condition on receipt it.  If the packaging is damaged, the Customer have to refuse the delivery.

In case of the good received doesn’t correspond to the good ordered, a time limit of 48 hours will be provide from the reception of the package to communicate it to use , and to proceed to its return, until 7 days after the communication of the courier company to use by us. If any of these conditions is not fulfilled, we will assume that it’s accepted.
