EvoTears Innovative Formula:

Perfluorohexyloctane

EvoTears is lipophilic, thanks to the innovative substance perfluorohexyloctane, and yet has the same refractive index as the tear. Thus, vision is not impaired.

Perfluorohexyloctane has other advantageous properties that have not been known to date in the treatment of dry eyes. EvoTears® spreads very quickly and rapidly forms a protective layer over the tear to counteract premature evaporation

In addition, a drop has a volume of only about 10 μl and therefore up to 280 drops per 3 ml content can be dispensed from one bottle of EvoTears

EvoTears are the first water-free drops in the treatment of dry eyes, as they contain only the substance perfluorohexyloctane

Use of EvoTears

Due to its low surface tension EvoTears® may exit from the bottle without applying pressure

EvoTears Hylo contains a single component, perfluorohexiloctane (EyeSol)

Directions :

If not otherwise prescribed by the doctor or pharmacist, apply 1 drop in the lower eyelid 4 times a day

If necessary, Hylo EvoTears can be used every day

Thanks to its specific properties, EvoTears acts in different way than traditional eye drops

It is therefore advisable to read the instructions carefully before use

Wash your hands before use

Before using the product to the first time, unscrew the vial cap and remove the sealing ring
Avoid touching the dropper tip after removing the cap

Hold the open vial with the dropper tip pointing towards the high and gently squeeze the vial

Before bringing the vial to your eye, turn it upside down with the dropper tip, keeping it pressed, then immediately release your fingers to relieve pressure

In this way, some air passes through the liquid and enters the vial

Leave the vial in this position, ie with the dropper tip pointing downwards

Tilt your head back slightly and gently pull the lower lid down

If possible, look up slightly

Keep the open vial inverted vertically above the eye

Press lightly on the vial and apply one drop in each eye

Warning: due to the special nature of HYLO EvoTears, you may not feel the drop in the eye

In this case, we recommend applying in front of the mirror

During application, do not touch the eye or eyelashes with the tip of the dropper

After application, close your eyes to distribute EvoTears evenly

Close the vial with the cap after use
