The positive experiences of thousands of patients show that using Contractubex Gel really makes a difference, and scars can be treated successfully.
You can start using Contractubex Gel as soon as the wound has closed or the stitches have been removed, because the sooner you begin with the scar treatment, the better the chances of positively affecting scar development.
Reddening fades after just a few weeks, and continued treatment with Contractubex Gel and its triple-action formula allows further improvements in appearance to be achieved.
The scar becomes more elastic and flatter.
Contractubex gel is a combination medicine used for managing the scars due to various conditions.
The active ingredients in Contractubex gel are Allantoin, Extractum Cepae Cepalin and Heparin.
Extractum Cepae is obtained from onions. It generates an anti-inflammatory, bactericidal effect. And it reduces swelling while preventing excessive growth of the connective tissue.
Heparin loosens the tissue structure. It has an anti-inflammatory effect and helps to bind water to the scar tissue.
Allantoin encourages wound healing and has a soothing effect.
In older scars its most important effect is to replenish and regulate the extreme lack of water in the scar tissue – and to promote blood flow.
These ingredients together help in healthy skin healing, healing of damaged blood vessels and curbing scar formation.
The effects of the three ingredients enhance and complement each other. And the water-soluble ointment base allows the active ingredients to penetrate into deeper layers of the skin.
Contractubex does not leave behind a residue. Rather its protective film shields the sensitive scar tissue.
In many cases, Contractubex treatment make scar tissues elastic again and restore most of their functionality. The earlier you begin to treat the scar tissue with Contractubex the better the outcome will be.
Apart from these, other neutral ingredients are also part of Contractubex gel which help the active ingredients to act on the skin.
This gel acts as an anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and counter irritant (provide relief from itching).
This medicine also acts by lightening the dark spots or improving pigmentation caused due to scars. It aids in faster healing of the skin
Treatment may well take 3 – 6 months depending on the extent of scarring, as scar tissue regenerates very slowly.
